O’Reilly Automotive, Inc. is a specialty retailer of automotive aftermarket parts, tools, supplies, equipment and accessories in the United States, selling its products to both do-it-yourself (DIY) customers and professional installers. Its product line include new and remanufactured automotive hard parts, such as alternators, starters, fuel pumps, water pumps, brake system components, batteries, belts, hoses, chassis parts and engine parts; maintenance items, such as oil, antifreeze, fluids, filters, wiper blades, lighting, engine additives and appearance products, accessories, such as floor mats, seat covers and truck accessories, and a complete line of auto body paint and related materials, automotive tools and professional service equipment. On July 11, 2008, the Company acquired CSK. Its subsidiary is Ozark Automotive Distributors, Inc. As of December 31, 2008, the Company operated 3,285 stores in 38 states.
